Gems of Jesus

Every so often Scriptures come to us that seem to fit where we are personally. Maybe the Holy Spirit is personally revealing something to us that we need for that day or moment. I call these 'Gems from Jesus.' Actually Lance seemed to think that would be a great addition to our site. To start this off one popped into my mind as I was reading (John 9:5)...I am the light of the world. Ponder that for a minute. Light shines in the darkness and reveals what's there. Apply that to spiritual darkness. Light as realization of something not understood but an answer comes to light. Where has the Light made a difference in your heart? How has Jesus been the light in your life? You might want to share that. It is the sharing that builds each of us and the Body as well.
